SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION RATES - 2011

• Low Season - 2011:
  R 295 per person sharing per night
  R 360 per single room per night
  
  R 3,400 for the whole complex per night for up to 12 people.
  Enquire about rates for groups exceeding 12 people (20 people max. in total)
  

• Peak Season:
  22 to 27 April 2011 and
  10 December 2011 to 17 January 2012:
  
  * R 370 per person sharing per night
  * R 470 per single room per night
  
  R 4 800 for the whole lodge complex per night for up to 14 people.
  Enquire about rates for groups exceeding 14 people ( 20 people max. in total)

* Note: Peak Season and Long Weekends we give preference to groups             booking out the whole lodge complex.

Total of 10 Bedrooms: 4 Rondavels (Double beds, some with additional single beds) , 1 Out Room ( 1 Double bed + 2 single / children's beds), 2 Interconnected Family Rooms ( 1 Double bed + 3 single beds) and 3 Single Rooms.

• Child Rates
  Children under the age of 12 years pay 50% of adult rate if sharing a room with parents. No charge for children under the age of 2 years.
  

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Terms and Conditions:

1. No pets allowed.
2. Deposit: a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to confirm a reservation.
3. The outstanding balance is payable on arrival.
4. Deposits may be refunded, at our discretion, if a booking is replaced or the booking shifted within reasonable parameters. No refund for 'non-arrivals'.
5. Arrival Time: After 14H00 and the check out time is before 10H00.
   Check-IN's after 9 p.m. will incur a surcharge of R100.
6. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
7. Pay via Electronic / Internet Funds Transfer (EFT), Direct Bank Deposit or
   Credit Card: VISA and Mastercards accepted.
   Note: A transaction charge of 6% is added to credit card payments.
8. An additional cash breakage/key deposit is required for group bookings.
